Overview

The Zipp02 offers precise vertical compensation with an accuracy of 2", making it ideal for demanding tasks. It features multiple display modes, including the ability to hold and set zero for horizontal angles, and offers a variety of measurement units. Simple distance measurements are made possible through stadia lines, and the visible laser plummet allows for quicker and easier setup. With angle measurements in Hz and V and a display resolution of either 1" or 5", this device is versatile and efficient. It has a 30x magnification telescope, a 45 mm objective aperture, and a minimum focusing distance of 1.35 m. The automatic vertical compensator works within a range of ± 3’.

Built to withstand tough environments, the Zipp02 is IP54 dust and water-resistant and weighs 4.5 kg (9.9 lb) with the battery and tribrach. It includes a rechargeable NiMH battery with a 36-hour lifespan without the laser plummet, and it also supports replacement alkaline batteries. The instrument comes with a hard carrying case, tribrach, charger, and alkaline battery cassette, along with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The easy-to-use interface includes six one-touch buttons, and the dual-side, backlit LCD display enhances visibility in low-light condition

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS

Generally, the items we carry can be returned within 14 days of receipt in like-new condition.**

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Buyer pays return shipping.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim may not be possible.
